A guide to how we work in our creative studio
My creative studio, like all others, works in its own unique way - it is not a 9-5, 7 day a week shop. This means we don't work in the same way as your traditional florist shop or general store, I don't have flowers in every day of the week and I work on a by appointment only basis for workshops, commissions and photography. I can only take on a certain number of projects at any one time - I'm only one woman after all.
I've put together a few of our most frequently asked questions to help you understand what services I offer here at Frances & Rose.

Q. Can I order a bouquet for delivery?
A. We have always been unable to commit to ad-hoc bouquet requests due to the nature of running a seasonal flower studio and as of 2023, we are taking a step back from flower deliveries to concentrate on our workshops and photography.
If you want local deliveries of flowers may we suggest our lovely friends at Arbutus and Ivy who specialise in delivery flowers or for DIY buckets and seasonal blooms The Little Wild Flower and Regather Works also have a wonderful selection.
Q. How do I book you for my wedding flowers?
A. We are back after a small break from supplying wedding flowers and we're now accepting bookings for 2023/2024. We have two options for Frances & Rose wedding flowers, our seasonal bespoke service and our simple elopement service. You can check out all the details on these here.
We are not taking bookings for 2025 weddings at this time.
We can only accept wedding enquiries through these relevant contact forms, enquiries via email or social media direct message may not be answered.
Q. Do you provide funeral flowers?
A. Yes, we are able to provide 100% seasonal, foam free, biodegradable tribute flowers. We offer fresh garden flowers from May - October and foliage, dried and winter plant arrangements from November - April. We are here for those whose passion was gardening and flowers and whose family and friends want to celebrate that for their farewell. Please get in touch as soon as possible as we like to have as much notice as we can to confirm our availability and work on your designs. Please get in touch here.
Q. Can I book a private workshop?
A. Yes, we'd love to have you at our studio to host a workshop for you or a group. We have space for up to 8 people and can create a bespoke experience for you based on your requirements. Our studio has no-step access and any accessibility requirements are discussed beforehand.
Q. Do you have any current job opportunities?
A. We are not currently looking for any new members of the Frances & Rose team. Please sign up to our Newsletter for any updates as this is where we will announce new opportunities.
